💬 Need to return something? Start here.

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:
• Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging
• All items in the bundle are complete and intact
• You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

🚫 What can’t be returned

Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used products
• Customized or gift-wrapped items
• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

🔄 Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order once your refund is processed.

📦 Order arrived damaged or incomplete?

We’re so sorry. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gobundlez.ae with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or missing items
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or credit.

As per UAE Consumer Protection Law, you’re entitled to a refund if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

We follow all applicable guidelines to protect your rights as a customer in the UAE.
